In addition to the the Global Amaranth flower field, visitors can marvel at over 50 varieties of flowers such as pink mullein, Geranium, Gaura, Ganna, and Globe Amaranth.
Of course the most notable is the Cheonilhong(천일홍), the Global Amaranth, known as the “1000 days unchanged flower” because it retains its color even after being dried. This is the reason why it symbolizes eternal and unchanged love for Koreans attracting many lovers and couples for their pictures.
Other attractions include unique experiences, sales booth participants, and talented busking performance teams, the festival is held. Street lighting, busking performances and local street food also offer enjoyable experiences.

By Subway/Bus
If you are in Seoul, you can get there by bus. Simply get off at the “Jamsil”subway station. And follow the “Jamsil metro area bus transfer center” sign. And take bus no. G1300 at gate 15. It takes about 40 mins. After getting off the bus, walk to “Nari park”for 10-20 mins. Then you can see pink booths for the entrance in the farm field.
Or you can simply take subway line 1 and get off at “Gwang-sa”station-광사역- and walk for 15 mins.
When to Visit
The event is held during autumn, in September and October, which is a gorgeous time in Korea.
