Set against the backdrop of a secret operation within the National Intelligence Service, the series focuses on the clandestine Tyrant Project, which aims to transform humans into bioweapons through genetic modification. The project is on the brink of success when the leadership of the agency decides to hand it over to the United States, igniting a fierce battle for control over the crucial samples.

Director Choi assigns Yun Mo-yong (played by Moo Jin-sung), a disgraced former agent, the task of retrieving the sample. To assist him, Mo-yong enlists the help of Chae Ja-kyung (played by Jo Yoon-su), a skilled killer and safe-cracker. After a fierce gunfight, Ja-kyung successfully captures the sample, but in a shocking twist, Mo-yong betrays her and retains the sample for himself. This betrayal sets off a chain of events that leads to US intelligence agent Paul (played by Kim Kang-woo) personally stepping in to recover the stolen bioweapon.

Ja-kyung, presumed dead after being thrown into a reservoir, miraculously survives and sets out to confront Mo-yong for revenge. Meanwhile, the sample that was thought to be in the hands of Mo-yong is actually with Ja-kyung, adding another layer of intrigue.

The action sequences are led by Cha Seung-won and Jo Yoon-su, bringing their characters to life with intensity. Cha Seung-won portrays Lim Sang, a retired killer with a calm demeanor who surprises opponents with his lethal skills. His character’s duality—appearing unassuming while being ruthlessly efficient—adds depth to the narrative.

Jo Yoon-su’s character, Chae Ja-kyung, features a unique twist as she embodies the personalities of her twin brother. This duality allows her to switch between characters seamlessly, creating a captivating performance that highlights her versatility as an actress. Her action scenes are particularly striking, showcasing her agility as she takes down targets with precision using quick-moving techniques.
